Welcome to my first blog! Today, I am excited to share a peek into my morning routine. Now, I know what you might be thinking: “Is she going to talk about waking up at 4 a.m. and taking cold showers?” Trust me—absolutely not! My morning routine is far from extreme. Instead, it is designed to fit my rhythm and get me in the right headspace for the day.
I typically wake up around 7:30 or 8 a.m., which might surprise some people who think entrepreneurs need to rise at the crack of dawn. But, as I have learned, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. What is essential is having a routine that fuels you, both mentally and physically.
The first thing I do after waking up is a little bit of prayer. It’s my way of connecting with something greater, and it centers me before I dive into the day. After that, I enjoy a cup of black coffee with a dash of coconut oil—a small ritual that wakes me up and prepares me for what is ahead.
Another non-negotiable part of my morning is writing down my affirmations. This practice has been a game-changer for me. Each morning, I reaffirm my goals, values, and the person I strive to be. This daily reminder has helped shape my mindset and my path, giving me clarity and purpose as I move through the day.
Next, I jot down my schedule. Mapping out my day helps me stay focused and mindful of my interactions and commitments, ensuring that my time is spent purposefully. Then, it’s time to work out! My trainer comes over, and we dive into a workout session that challenges me, keeps me fit, and brings a surge of energy and positivity.
Over the years, this routine has become my foundation. It’s not about creating a perfect schedule but rather finding something that genuinely works for you. Having a consistent morning routine helps set the tone for the day and keeps you aligned with your goals. It does not have to look like anyone else’s routine—it just has to help you Be The Best Version Of Yourself.
I would love to hear about your morning routine too! What habits help you start your day on the right foot? Share in the comments below, and let’s inspire each other to keep striving for our best selves.
